CANON N2 POWERSHOT

this little friend has spent the whole summer with me. people from canon were amazingly friendly to me for giving me this camera to try and to bring it to london as well. as a selfie lover myself, i found its tilting screen the best and favourite feature. you can just tilt the screen 180 degrees and actually see your face in it! what is more, it was so easy to take this camera wherever i went because of its portable size. so it is really convenient for traveling and capturing every moment of the trip.
it also has some cool modes such as self-portrait or toy camera. my favourite was definitely toy camera mode! i love hight because everything from there looks completely different. and this mode makes all the houses and the whole city look like from the model, like a toy city or something like that. i love it! and it is also perfect for vlogging as you can make videos with that (actually, my summer movie is coming so it will be some videos filmed with N2)!
although the pictures not always looked like taken with professional camera as i wished, i still fell in love with canon N2. here you can find more comments from the real photographer side, as i'm just a basic user, i told you what i think from my point of view, haha. i would love to have this camera myself and i'm really suggesting you trying canon N2!

INJEKCIJA 2015

Festivalis „Mados infekcija“ jau devintą kartą ieško naujų talentų ir kviečia dizainerius dalyvauti konkurse „Injekcija“. Konkurso dalyviai varžosi dėl galimybės kartu su žymiais Lietuvos ir užsienio dizaineriais pristatyti savo kolekciją ant „Mados infekcijos“ podiumo 2016 metų pavasarį. Šių metų konkurso tema – kamufliažas.

Konkurse „Injekcija“ kviečiami dalyvauti tie profesionalūs dizaineriai ir studentai, kurių darbai dar nebuvo pristatyti „Mados infekcijoje“. Apie ketinimą dalyvauti konkurse būtina pranešti raštu iki rugsėjo 25 d. festivalio “Mados infekcija” interneto svetainėje nurodyta tvarka, o pirmuosius dalyvių eskizus konkurso komisija norės pamatyti spalio 16 dieną.

„Įvairias kamufliažo [pranc. camouflage — maskavimas] priemones šiuolaikinis žmogus pratęs naudoti kasdien: kad paslėptų plikę, randus, kūno netobulumus ir kompleksus. Norint susitapatinti ir pranykti minioje reikia ieškoti vis naujų būdų. Būtent drabužiai, esantys arčiausiai kūno, kiekvienam leidžia tai padaryti greitai, savitai ir įdomiai“, - apie šių metų konkurso „Injekcija“ temą sako festivalio „Mados infekcija“ idėjinė vadė Sandra Straukaitė.

Konkurso dalyvių paraiškas ir idėjas vertins festivalio suburta profesionalų komisija. Ji paskelbs konkurso „Injekcija“ finalistus, kurie po penkis įgyvendintus savo kolekcijos modelius turės pristatyti Nacionalinėje dailės galerijoje 2015 m. gruodžio 10 dieną vyksiančiame „Injekcijos“ finale.

„Injekcija“ – 2008 metais užgimęs naujų mados pasaulio talentų paieškos konkursas. Per septynerius gyvavimo metus jis yra sulaukęs beveik 370 jaunųjų dizainerių paraiškų, atrinkęs daugiau kaip 70 finalistų ir atradęs dabar jau žinomus dizainerius – Ievą Daugirdaitę, Dianą Paukštytę, Eglę Žiemytę, kūrybinį susivienijimą „labàdienà“, Dianą Kuzmickaitę ir Aušrą Urbanavičiūtę, Mariją Popadničenko, Dainių Bendiką ir Beną Staškauską bei daugelį kitų.

LIVING IN LONDON

hello, lovelies! first of all, sorry for being gone for almost a month. just life in london is unstoppable and time here runs so unbelievably fast. here it's possible to experience so many things during one day that i just can't imagine what would happen if i stayed longer in this city. and with my best friend Vaiva, we still can't believe that every day can bring something unexpected. like completely unexpected. things like almost causing fire in the restaurant or at home, being trapped in the toilet and  needing to climb through a window on the fourth floor, changing 4 living places per 1,5 month, breaking a lot of glasses at work, staying until late nights or, i'd better say, early mornings in the city. yes, we felt that crazy spirit of london and we love it. it's hard to believe that only two weeks left as we don't want to leave this city yet.
today i want to share some pictures of london life from my instagram - just in case you haven't seen them. and in the end of summer i am planning to create a london movie! hopefully my plans will get to reality! x
